Rail Travel 

For those that like to explore via local transit, there is a local rail station in the town of Barga.  Lucca - Aulla rail line; Station is Barga - Gallicano.     

The first 15 paid Dentists and Dentist Plus One registrations are guaranteed.  Due to the limited number of guests for this experience, and the nature of international travel and destination planning, payment in full is required at time of booking.  If the retreat is sold out, prospective attendees can be added to the Wait List in the order the request is received and notified if a registration is available. Contact [email protected] for questions regarding the waitlist.  

• All cancellations must be received in writing via email to [email protected]; or by postal mail to Dentiva Travel and Planning, LLC: 5140 Charlestown Road, Suite #3 New Albany, IN 47150. The date on which the cancellation notice is received will determine the applicable refund policy.
• Refund Policy:

• More than 120 days prior to 4/30/2025: Full refund of the registration fee, less a $500 administrative fee.

• 120 to 90 days prior to 4/30/2025:  50% refund of the registration fee.
• Less than 90 days prior to 4/30/2025:  No refund due to incurred event costs.

Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including passport or VISA requirements, weather, travel disruptions, health issues, or personal emergencies. We recommend that participants consider personal travel insurance to cover potential personal losses.

• General Cancellation: If for any reason the event must be canceled, participants will be notified immediately and receive a full refund of the registration fee within 60 days of cancellation.
• Force Majeure: In the case of cancellation due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions), Amazing Practice Retreats will refund as much of the registration fee as possible, taking into account any incurred costs not recoverable by the organizer.

Alternative Options: Depending on the circumstances, Amazing Practice Retreats may offer participants the option to apply their registration fee towards a future event, including a 10% discount toward tuition only, instead of receiving a refund.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes under this cancellation policy will be resolved through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of Jackson County, MO courts.

Acknowledgment of Terms

By registering for this event, participants acknowledge they have read and agree to this cancellation policy.

Waiver of Liability, Hold Harmless and Release Agreement 

By purchasing a registration for the Amazing Practice Retreats Tuscany, the purchaser agrees their participation is voluntary, and hereby releases, waives, discharges and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Amazing Practice Retreats and their associated companies and individual members, officers, contracted agents, or employees from all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the purchaser, their guest or any property belonging to them, as result of, or in any way arising out of my participation in the Amazing Practice Retreats Tuscany.  

Further, purchaser agrees that any photos or video footage including their likeness or name taken by or on behalf of Amazing Practice Retreats or their contracted agents during participation in this event are the sole property of Amazing Practice Retreats and may be used at its sole discretion without further consent.
